Baxter International Forms Medical Products Business Baxter International has appointed Robert Davis corporate VP and president of its newly created medical products business, which combines the company’s renal and medication delivery businesses into a single global business unit. He holds a juris doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law and a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
